Feature Proposal: Configurable No Spam Padding

Motivation

Conflicting user requests, for email protections against webcrawlers.

Description

Enabling noSpamPadding in TWiki.cfg offers some protection against webcrawlers. Some of our users have complained and wish their emails to be visible and usable from their documentation. To satify both would it be possible to have a preference variable that can be set on the web level or topiclevel. This way by default I would have noSpamPadding enabled but users can then decide for themselves if they want their emails obfuscated.

Note: Patch is attached as http://www.twiki.org/p/pub/Codev/ConfigurableNoSpamPadding/twiki-foo-bar-patch.diff. The patch is against the TWikiAlphaRelease of 15 Feb 2004.
