Bug: HTML Comments in topics occupy space when included
When topics containing HTML comments are displayed using %include{topic} the comments cause newlines in the output. When viewed as discrete topics they do not (the desired behaviour)Test case
Create a topic containing and repeat that a few times, then include the topic in a table so you can see the linefeedsEnvironment
