Proposal: Changing Forms Should be a Dropdown

If you use a web for multiple things - then having multiple forms makes a lot of sense with the default being an intersection of the minimal set of these forms - with the form changed and specialised as time progresses.

(eg Basic form, basic form -> feature tracking -> mixture of feature & bug tracking -> etc)

Whilst this can be implemented (has been) using TWiki it would make work flow simpler if the forms were able to be changed in a more user friendly manner - eg a dropdown + change button - rather than as a separate dialogue.

I suspect this is little more than a template change (possibly a hardcode one, but little more than HTML nonetheless), but want to assess the difficulty level if anyone's tried this before. If no-one's tried it/done it, if there's any feedback from anyone who wants anything specific from this feature, please let me know.
