I would like to suggest a new topic for codev: AskAQuestion or DeveloperQuestions. There are times when I have questions which are not appropriate for FeatureBrainstorming or FeatureEnhancementRequest, nor are they general enough imho for the Support web. They're not bugs either.

These are things like about how bits of twiki work etc.

An example would be: "Where are paragraphs parsed/generated in the twiki code".

I actually want to know this in support of a Twiki project i'm working on, and I have looked in the code for the answer already. In particular, I can't figure out how TWiki deals with newlines in structured text to go from that to html.
