It is an RSSReader like FeedReader, except that it runs Apache on your machine and you access it by making a connection back to your own machine. From the world of TWiki LesOrchard of http://decafbad.com fame has contributed.

Actually, it doesn't run Apache at all - it uses it's own webserver (controlled by HTTP::Daemon), and works on Mac (any flavor), Windows (any flavor) and Linux (every flavor I've tested on).
